At RWHOME, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your RWHOME account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

Ship the Package

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
